WORK WORK WORK!!!
A NEW SYSTEM TO MAKE LOOKING FOR WORK MUUUTCH EASIER...
SUPER SIMPLE SOLUTION FOR EVERYBODY... SUPPPPPER FAST AND BY SECTIONS. Looking for work or offering work has never been easier than this!!!!
EVERY SECTION SHOULD BE BY PROVINCE, OR STATE, ETC... No more "looking for where the next job is". FINISHED!!! What I am presenting in a CENTRALIZED and held by a non-profit organization. This is a completely new system, that will that care of the jobs, period. No more looking though the HUNDREDS of "spots" where you would find the next opportunity.
With the PC being part of our lives now, we can CENTRALIZE and have things much more streamlined... As much as I disagree with centralization, I think for jobs, its the way to centralize everything. AND it makes everything siiiiimple.
Here is what I think should be the next MAJOR leap I sense is coming... You have a centralized non-profit system in place. This will be the ONLY (almost) system in place for employees and employers. >HOWEVER< we need to have about 3 companies NOT RELATED TO THE MAIN ONE, that will act as a alternate to the main system. That way you eliminate any possibility of unfairness.
Furthermore; THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE from any involvement of the government. The reason why I insist on "staying away" form the government is that are slowly working on pushing their way in our lives and that's not good at all... OK I will continue.
Here is what I think should be happening:
1 - Have a CENTRALIZED non-profit organization for JOBS.
2- A selection of the name by section... Something simple, like "WORK" placed on the Website... So it could be, for my area: https://www.*******.qc.ca/WORK/ making sure it is not a government Website.
3- Hire programmers (the best, Ubuntu programmers??? ;)) that will develop a system for everybody to use.
4- Have the system go to every section (province, state, etc...) and download ALL the files of candidates and job offers right there, in one single file. That way there is no reason to "blame" the system if there is a world wide "break up". We still go by our section, eliminating the risk.
5- In the software (that you DOWNLOAD on your PC), you have a username which applies to all the jobs you select.
6- People will choose the country, the province or state, the city they want. They can choose many selections at the same time if they decide.
7- People will choose their field for specific job offers they want.
8- That way you have 1 SINGLE file (not a TON of different files) to let employers be able to read about you, in whatever format. You will email whoever you want in you list of employers. It could be a single personal letter for each employer, or a generic one time letter for everybody at once.
THAT WAY the is not a WASTE of energy in looking for a job. It is STRAIT TO THE POINT!
>THEN< you would have a rank (x/10) to rate the company. That way you could see for yourself if they are good or if the are not so good . All there for everybody to see. And you could have 3 ratings:
1- An employee rating: One for a general rating, of the WHOLE time it was operating.
2- An employee rating: One for the LAST 1 YEAR it was operating.
3- An employee rating: After each YEAR, they could rate the company again. That way, if they're is a problem which they have to fix, they would fix it in no time.
I think by having a single group of programmers, putting in action the job search would be SUPER FAST!!!!! The world has all the Websites, we save MANY hours of WASTED time to get rid of, everything is bang on, PRECISE ("WORK" after the Website, that's all).
We are talking about 6 months to get things going, MAX. A minimum amount of work is needed. We just need the programmers to take a generic layout, paste it so they could get the different Cities to have the Web site going, and put a link to have it the way they want it later on. 6 months... MAX!!! That way, the waste of time, IS OVER!!!!

For those on video websites I will propose to you a new way of finding a >circuit board assembly plant< on YouTube (or other). If you have some videos my guess is that they simply put a link to the videos, so it would work seamlessly together. It's really simple and can be put to use in any company actually. Here it goes:
- In the video description, you should put: >CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY< then the >COUNTRY<, then the >STATE<, then the >CITY<, then the >STREET<, then the >DOOR NUMBER<, then the >NAME OF THE BUSINESS<, then finally put the >REGISTERED COMPANY NUMBER<. I know it sounds like a lot, but this will permit international trade. It's not just local business, it goes further then that.
- Put "ELECTRONICS" as the search filed (YouTube or other).
- Get you camera ready
- Go outside and thake a picture of the >ADDRESS< of your company and a picture of your >BUSINESS< as a whole too. This is only to show who you are, and not just wasting our time
- When it asks you to show a still shot, take the pic with your >BUSINESS ADDRESS<so we will know right from the start who you are.
- Take a >PICTURE< of the entire plant ( probably 5-7 seconds). This is to show your entire business as a whole.
- You can now show the different parts of the lines.
- Tell us why we should choose >YOU<as our next client.
- Specify what you have as machinery (the >YEAR< of the machinery, the >BRAND<, and the >MODEL<). It's only for big machinery or any small >things< we might pay attention to.
- Finally, put the email (the >LAST< item >WRITTEN< down in the comments) of the >CAREERS< section (and telephone number if you wish).
That should be all. I think you should get enough people and it will be as >STREAMLINED< as it could be.
